I Didn’t Receive Payment Alerts—What Should I Do?

If you’re not receiving payment alerts from the Direct Payments for WooCommerce plugin, here are steps to troubleshoot the issue:

1. Confirm Email Notifications in Direct Payments for WooCommerce

Ensure that email notifications are enabled within the plugin’s settings:

  • Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Direct Payments for WooCommerce > General.
  • Check that Email Notifications are enabled under the Direct Payments settings. This will allow alerts for payment updates such as received payments or payment confirmations.
  • Verify the email address listed under notifications. Make sure it is the correct address where you want to receive alerts.

 

2. Verify WooCommerce Email Settings

Check the general WooCommerce email settings to ensure they are correctly configured:

  • Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Emails.
  • Make sure that order notification emails are enabled, and verify the “From” email address is set correctly.

If you still do not receive alerts after verifying these settings, contact your hosting provider or email service administrator to check for any email delivery issues or restrictions affecting your WooCommerce notifications.
